How MERC Runs

MERC is structured through city-based captains and coordinated through the MERC app. Runs, updates, leaderboards, and attendance check-ins are managed in one connected member platform.

City Captains

Each city has captain leadership to manage local runs, support members, and build strong community culture.

MERC App First

The app is the core channel for schedules, announcements, run details, and real-time club updates.

Leaderboard System

Members can track progress and points through leaderboard features that encourage consistency and participation.

Barcode Scanning

Attendance and run participation can be verified quickly using barcode scanning in the app workflow.
